Leesville Road Renovation

This is a current residential renovation project in which my client asked me to explore new ways to improve her kitchen layout. Using Revit, I developed multiple options—some that kept the laundry area within the kitchen, and others that relocated it into the adjacent dining room. She also wanted her bedroom closet enlarged, which affected the original kitchen footprint and required rethinking the location of major appliances. Each configuration was designed to enhance functionality, storage, and flow, while helping the client visualize how different spatial arrangements could better support her daily routine.
